At FabricRaja, we are committed to delivering premium-quality bedding products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below.
Returns
We accept returns only in the following cases:

The product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect

The return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery

The product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact
To request a return, please email us at sales@fabricraja.com or WhatsApp at 91-9001040226 with your Order ID and clear images/videos of the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns in the following cases:

Products that have been used or washed

Items without original packaging or tags

Products purchased during sale, discount, or clearance offers

Customized or made-to-order products

Minor color variations due to screen or lighting differences
Refunds

Refunds are processed only after inspection and approval of the returned product

Once approved, refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days

Refund will be credited to the original payment method

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer
Replacements

We offer free replacement for damaged, defective, or incorrect products (subject to availability)

If replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued
Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch

Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed
Shipping Charges

Free return pickup will be provided for damaged or incorrect products

In other cases (if applicable), return shipping charges may be deducted
