Shipping Policy – FabricRaja

FabricRaja (“we”, “our”, “us”) operates this store on Shopify and is committed to delivering your orders in a safe and timely manner.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days
  • Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays
  • During high order volumes, processing may be delayed

2. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout
  • Free shipping offers may be available from time to time

3. Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery time: 3–7 business days across India
  • Delivery to remote areas may take longer

4. Shipment Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS, Email, or WhatsApp

5. Delivery Partners

We work with trusted courier partners such as:

  • Delhivery
  • DTDC
  • Blue Dart
  • Ekart

Delivery timelines may vary depending on the courier partner and location.

6. Address Accuracy

  • Customers must provide accurate and complete shipping details
  • Incorrect address may lead to delays or additional charges

7. Failed Delivery / RTO (Return to Origin)

  • If delivery fails due to reasons such as incorrect address or unavailability of the customer, the order will be returned to us (RTO)
  • Re-shipping charges will apply for re-dispatch

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Photo or video proof may be required

Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms – FabricRaja

1. COD Availability

  • COD is available at selected locations
  • We reserve the right to disable COD for high-value orders

2. Order Confirmation

  • COD orders may require verification via phone or WhatsApp
  • Orders may be cancelled if confirmation is not received

3. Fake or Refused Orders

  • Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in:
    • Blocking of COD facility
    • Acceptance of prepaid orders only

4. COD Charges

  • A nominal COD convenience fee may apply (optional – e.g., ₹50–₹100)

5. Unreachable Customers

  • Courier partners will attempt delivery 2–3 times
  • If unsuccessful, the order will be marked as RTO

  • Product images are for illustrative purposes
  • Actual product color may slightly vary due to lighting, photography, or screen settings
  • Such variations are not considered valid reasons for return

Bulk / B2B Orders

  • Bulk orders (10 or more items) may be subject to separate pricing and terms
  • Customized or bulk orders may be non-returnable
